Administrative Assistant

Answer multi-line phones, copy, fax, scan, assimilate and assist in meeting preparation.

Greets and welcomes visitors.

Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.

Maintain office cleanliness so it is presented in a professional manner.

Assist with seminars and conventions.

Enter member data using in-house database.

Receive mail and distribute to staff members.

Ensure mail is metered and ready for postal service.

Carry out special projects as assigned by the CEO/Executive Director.

Occasional evening and weekend work required as needed.

All other duties as assigned.



Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and/or other software.

Works under deadlines while multi-tasking.

Detailed oriented with an eye for consistency and accuracy.

Professional and courteous.

Proficient with office machines such as copier, fax, scan, etc.

Knowledge of Excel is a plus.

Ability to explain our organization to others and answer questions in a clear and concise fashion.

Education and Experience

Applicant should have a minimum of 3 years working experience in an administrative setting. Must be extremely organized and bring a positive attitude to the position every day. 


Position is non-exempt. Reports to the CEO/Executive Director.

Compensation $12.00 -16.00/hour
